ON ARRIVAL FROM THE PORT TO THE AIRPORTS OF ROME:
The service will start on the time at which you want to be taken alongside the ship and will be indicated on the reservation, by considering the time of the departure of the flight, so please to specify always the time of the flight in order to be reconfirmed. Then you will be greeted on the hall of the terminal from our staff. We suggest you to book the transfer with a pick-up 4 hours before the departure of the flight (please to specify the number and the company of the flight) for continental flights while for intercontinental filghts 5 hours before. It will be the task of our central office contacting you to reconfirm the time of the pick-up, on the basis of the changes the ENAC can communicate on the various web portals.

ON ARRIVAL FROM THE PORT TO ROME/HOTEL:
The service will start on the time at which you want to be taken alongside the ship and will be indicated on the reservation, by considering that the disembarkation of passengers doesn’t start before 08:30/9:00 am.
You will be accompanied until the final destination with hygiene stops with no extra charge.

ON ARRIVAL FROM AIRPORTS OF ROME TO THE PORT:
The service will start at the landing of the flight, following the supervision of it from the central office through the localized GPS Visirun SPA, the driver will be advised in time of the updates of the flight.
After the custom area, you will be greeted on the hall of the terminal from our high qualified polite staff, to be accompanied to the vehicle by which you will be taken from alongside your ship.

IMPORTANT:

Please keep in mind that ships leave the port no later the 06:00 pm (only GRIMALDI LINES after the 06:00 pm).
